Built in 1984 and remodeled into condominiums in 2006, The Greens at Hanover offers 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom Condos (585 SF – 1002 SF) in a Non-Profit Condominium Association.
Monthly fees are based on actual operation costs. 2025 monthly fees were $3,074 for single occupancy; a second person in a condo is an additional $800.
Each home at The Greens comes with the use of all our community living areas, including a spacious community living room, an airy sunroom, a comfortable dining room, a peaceful library, and an outdoor patio for summer dining and lounging.
