About us
Community
The Greens is a small, vibrant, caring community filled with a diverse group of active, intellectually stimulating, and friendly neighbors. Our staff prides itself on being attentive, helpful and supportive – with a caring smile.
Our residents include a sculptress, an editor, Dartmouth professors emeriti, a former business manager, and many other interesting people with varied careers, backgrounds and interests. Everyone enjoys coming together for our delicious midday community meal.
Our monthly calendar includes many activities. As a rule, we have movie nights twice a week, exercise classes five mornings a week, and hospitality hours every Friday afternoon – with complimentary drinks and light hors d’oeuvres.
Regularly, The Greens offers live entertainment on-site and provides opportunities for local outings, for which The Greens provides transportation. Residents also gather in weekly social groups based on the changing interests of the community.
In short, there’s plenty to do, and lots of wonderful people to enjoy, here at The Greens.
