Full Service Fine Dining
Full service, fine dining each day at noon in our beautiful dining room. Choice of entrees with our four course meal.
Full Time Master Chef
Order your luncheon entrée the day before. Our full-time master chef will prepare your meal to perfection. If you prefer, we’ll deliver luncheon to your door.
Wellness Clinics on Site
Once a month a registered nurse visits from the local Lake Sunapee Region VNA to help address questions or concerns.
Exercise Classes 5 days per week
Join one of our daily seated exercise classes (strength, tone, balance or yoga). Weights and stretch cords are provided.
Local transportation in our van
Join us for regular outings to local cultural events, places of interest, activities or shopping several times a week.
Cocktail hour each Friday at 5pm
Gather with other community members on Friday evenings for fun, appetizers and cocktails.
Live entertainment on-site
We curate a performance by local singing groups, youth groups, piano and classical music concerts, jazz, and more.
Weekly housekeeping services
Relax and rest easy! Once a week your unit is refreshed by our housekeeping staff, including vacuuming, mopping & dusting.
Utilities & WiFi Included
Your monthly rate includes all utilities and WiFi throughout the building, except telephone service and cable in your home.
Foot clinic on site
Take care of those hard to reach areas with regular visits from a toe nail and foot care professional.

Mix and mingle with board games like bingo, Rummikub, scrabble, and puzzles! Or join for movie nights on our big screen.
Art and painting classes
Set free your creative spirit and keep your hands dexterous with our on-site art classes offered throughout the year.
24/7 emergency-response system
Every home has a 24/7 emergency response system with a call service button for the Hanover 911 dispatch.
Maintenance of common areas
Full-time maintenance of common areas and the grounds, including painting, cleaning, snow removal, lawn mowing, and gardening.
For couples sharing a home, a fee of $700 a month will be added for the second person. There is a $300 monthly fee for all condominium owners that covers any capital improvements and other costs. As a condominium owner, you will enjoy full ownership rights and privileges, including an active voice in the management of your condominium association. You will be responsible for paying your own condominium real estate taxes.
